How long does it take to complete deep to heavy-duty cleaning projects?
Every project is different and depends on the size of the home, the level of dirt buildup, and the overall condition of the space.
For projects that do not involve hoarding, deep cleaning projects typically require 2–3 sessions or more, while heavy to heavy-duty cleaning projects generally require 3–4 sessions or more.
A good way to think about it is this: if a home has gone an extended period of time without receiving the level of cleaning it needs, it often takes multiple sessions to safely and thoroughly remove layers of dirt, dust, grime, and buildup. This is why we are transparent about both the process and the investment required to achieve the desired results.
One cleaning professional provides up to 7 hours of service per session. If two professionals are assigned to the project, that equals approximately 14 labor hours per session.
During your consultation, we will discuss your goals, assess the condition of the space, and provide recommendations based on your specific cleaning needs.

Unlike traditional cleaning projects, hoarding cleanup is a comprehensive three-part service that includes:
- Decluttering
- Cleaning
- Organization
The first phase focuses on decluttering and identifying items to keep, donate, recycle, or discard. Once the space has been cleared, we move into the cleaning phase. The final step is organization, where we help create a more functional and manageable living environment.
This process requires patience, understanding, compassion, and one-on-one interaction. We work alongside clients at their own pace and recognize that letting go of belongings can be emotional and overwhelming. Our role is not only to help restore the home but also to provide encouragement and support throughout the process.
Drawing from our training, experience, and behavioral coaching background, we use a variety of approaches to help clients feel comfortable, including conversation, music, positive reinforcement, and breaking projects into manageable steps. We meet clients where they are and work collaboratively to help them move forward in a way that feels respectful and achievable.

How long does the booking process take?
We offer a complimentary consultation process designed to help clients fully understand our services, ask questions, and make informed decisions before moving forward.
The first step is listening and understanding each client’s unique situation. We take the time to answer questions, explain our process, discuss expectations, and determine the best approach for the project. Once the client is ready, we schedule a consultation and discuss the next steps.
While some bookings can move forward quickly, the process often takes 7–14 days or longer. Many projects involve family members, caregivers, social workers, attorneys, hospitals, Power of Attorney representatives, or other professionals who may be involved in the decision-making process. Because of this, there is rarely a simple one-step solution.
We strongly encourage clients to be fully prepared for the time, commitment, and financial investment required before moving forward. Our services are highly personalized, and a significant amount of time goes into planning, coordinating, and preparing each project.
For this reason, we maintain a strict cancellation policy. We believe clients deserve the highest level of service possible, and reserving project time requires a considerable commitment on our end as well.

Today, the owner is personally involved in every project and works directly with clients throughout the process. While she collaborates with trusted professionals when needed, her commitment is to provide personalized attention, compassionate support, and a hands-on experience from start to finish.

Is the $2,000–$3,000 minimum investment flexible?
Yes. While we have established a realistic starting investment for most projects, every situation is unique.
There are occasions where a smaller project, such as a deep cleaning service without clutter or a single-room decluttering project, may require a lower investment. We assess each situation individually to determine the scope of work and how we can best assist our clients.
That said, most projects involving multiple rooms, extensive cleaning, organization, or restoring a home to a safer and more functional condition typically require an investment beyond $1,000. Our goal is to provide realistic expectations from the beginning so clients can make informed decisions about moving forward.
We understand that not everyone who needs help is in a position to afford professional services. As part of our commitment to giving back, we provide a complimentary cleaning service once per year to a qualified individual experiencing financial hardship. Availability is limited, and eligibility requirements apply.
