On-Call Heavy Duty Cleaning Associate Partnership Requirements
Superior Cleaning Skills, Great Customer Service & Basic Technology Skills Are Required
We are looking for long-term On-Call Cleaning Associates (full or part-time) to join our pool of partners to provide cleaning services specializing in; heavy-duty cleaning, de-clutter/ hoarding jobs located in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester County (some areas in Nassau LI). Please note that most of our jobs are one-time projects. You must be fully vaccinated, wear a facemask, practice social distancing, bring your OWN cleaning supplies, and receive ongoing booster shots to service our clients. *Vaccination proof is required continuously.
Accounts that we service may require multiple cleaning visits. As a result, we are only interested in working with those who understand what we do and fit the requirements below. You must meet all qualifications. We only partner with serious cleaning professionals.
The basic technology skills we require: It is important to know that in the service industry, rapid responses to messages are essential to meeting the demands of our customers. You must be tech-savvy, be able to download apps, accept job tickets, respond to text messages, and have a sense of urgency.
We have found that most applicants don’t read the job description/work terms. It is easy to tell when an applicant has NOT taken the time to read and honestly answer the application questions. For example, an applicant may say “yes” to reading our work terms but cannot accept a meeting request or open an email to read it. You must have basic technology skills such as opening an email, responding to it, accepting a meeting request, etc. We will automatically disqualify applicants who provide false information about their technology aptitude or have not read our terms and conditions. Cleaning Associates must live within walking distance of the New York City subway/train station. We are currently not accepting Cleaning Associates who live in two fare zones. Commute time would be too long to serve our clients and might cause delays.
Pay range & benefits: $17.00 to $27.00 per hour. High-performing full-time cleaning associates receive an end-of-year bonus and a monthly contribution toward cleaning supplies reimbursement. It is pertinent to note that these hourly rates reflect using the customer’s supplies, specialized cleaning, and regular cleaning (and also using your own cleaning supplies).
